3 mechanics in the ENTIRE GAME managed to NOT make their way onto this characters moveset. So basically all she doesn't have is deflects, FB and superior. IIRC it is also feintable giving it an advantage over almost every other dodge attack (excluding Tiandi). I find the good part of her dodge attack is that while it doesn't keep her far from the receiving character, it does allow her to rotate a good distance AROUND that character - further building on WM's god tier anti ganking.
This has happened to me against WM too with some characters, the difference is she doesn't have as much reach as the other dodge attacks people complain about (Kensei, Orochi, even PK) and therefore ahs to stay closer to the target, making it easier for a light or zone to connect. Kensei embodies this perfectly - I'm sure you've had instance where a Kensei is dodge attacking you, and someone else on your team manages to hit him, thus proving it's not about the iframes. They don't invincible through the weapon, they actually move out of it's reach in the animation. Other dodge attacks don't actually have many Iframes either, it's generally about the direction of the attack thrown. Not a huge advantage imo, as resetting to neutral for defense is invalidated if your opponent can't throw an attack anyways because of being interrupted by or having to defend against your soft feint. The only difference is soft feint always is followed by some form of aggressive move, but feints allow you to follow with another attack *or* reset to neutral for defense. Soft feint is not really a separate mechanic from feinting IMO. Posts won't be removed if this is not done, It's just encouraged.
